Six General Values

Of the Six General Values, The three most important values to me are Responsibility, Courage, and Relationships.

Responsibility is important because being a responsible employee is critical in any career; being responsible or irresponsible could mean the difference between having a job and not having a job.

Courage is important because in the workplace, certain tasks may seem daunting and difficult to complete, but with courage it is now possible to overcome the difficulty and complete the task.

Relationships is important because of the fact that at work we have fellow employees and maintaining good working relationships is important to accomplishing the tasks of a particular job.

  1. Many employees could use these views you have on taking on the workplace. Good Job!

  2. The workplace would be so much better if people (employees) would just learn how to work with each other and not just setting out to destroy one another.

  3. Marcus,
The three values of Responsibility, Courage and Relationships are all very important to you, both in the workplace, and otherwise. They all make you a more valuable person, and/or employee. These values maintain and build good character and stability. Build on them now, and later in life.
